What is the Sonder Flu Vaccination Program?
A workplace program designed to make flu vaccination easy and accessible for your team through in-app promotion, booking integration, and reminders.

The Sonder Flu Vaccination Program makes it simple for organisations to provide flu vaccinations to their people. Delivered in partnership with Australian Vaccine Services (AVS), one of Australia’s largest vaccination providers, the program is available through the Sonder app and designed to support proactive wellbeing and healthier workplaces.

We don’t currently have a flu vaccination program. Can Sonder help?

Yes. Sonder can help you launch a seamless flu vaccination program for your workplace in partnership with AVS. We’ll guide you through the setup, promote the program in the app, and help drive registrations — making it easy to offer convenient flu vaccinations to your team.

  1. Sign up with AVS

    To get started, register with AVS to receive your unique booking link

  2.  Scheduling & set-up

    AVS will work with you to finalise clinic dates, times, and voucher options. They’ll create a custom online booking system for your employees, which you can provide to Sonder to integrate directly into the app. This setup makes it easy for members to find and book their vaccination in just a few taps.

  3. Launch and promote
    Sonder will promote your program through the app with booking links and push notifications to encourage uptake. To include your booking link in the app, fill out the above form. You’ll also receive ready-to-use promotional materials such as posters, digital screens, and email templates. These resources make it simple to spread the word across your workplace.

  4. On-site support

    On clinic days, AVS' immunisation nurses manage setup, vaccinations, and post-care monitoring. Each nurse is trained to deliver efficient, high-quality service and ensure the wellbeing of participants. For voucher programs, AVS provides clear redemption and reporting support.

We already run a flu vaccination program with another provider. Can we still use Sonder?

Yes, absolutely. Sonder can support your existing program at no additional cost by promoting it in the app, linking directly to your booking page, and sending optional reminders to employees.

It’s an easy way to increase visibility and boost vaccination uptake without changing providers. You can provide all your information in the above form.

When does the program run?
You choose a start and end date. Tiles and reminders appear in the app during this period.
What is the cost of the program with AVS?

AVS has competitive pricing in the market. They will work with you to provide a quote based on the different program and quantity of vaccinations your organisation wishes to provide.

How will employees know about the program?
Flu vaccination tiles appear in the Sonder app and optional weekly push notifications can remind employees to register.
