Introducing Team Safe

Real-time safety visibility and support for distributed teams

Team Safe has been designed to give organisations real-time visibility and immediate access to support for distributed workforces.

In this webinar, we’ll introduce Sonder’s newest safety capability, Team Safe, and demonstrate how it helps leaders stay confident that their teams are safe, supported and accounted for without compromising privacy. You will see how employee-controlled location sharing works in real time and how workers can quickly access 24/7 support through Sonder when they need it.

The risk environment is changing

Operational risk is becoming less predictable. Lone and mobile work is increasing. Customer aggression remains prevalent. Distributed teams operate without direct supervision.

In our recent Safety Gap Report, 27% of lone workers reported experiencing customer aggression at least once a week, compared to 22% of those working in teams, with nearly one in five experiencing it multiple times a week. Without the buffer of colleagues, these workers are also exposed to a wider range of aggression types over time, increasing the likelihood of escalation. They are also more likely to take time off due to safety concerns and mental health.

These findings highlight why organisations need dedicated risk controls and proactive systems to ensure lone and mobile workers are safe, supported, and accounted for.
